    Otherwise known as the “mood booster,” Ashwagandha is famous for its ability to reduce stress, improve mental cognition, and improve mood and energy levels.   6. Schisandra

The medicinal properties are found in schisandra’s bright red berries that are hailed for their ability to fight adrenal fatigue.
